Common checks
- Install current Windows and Microsoft Edge WebView2 Runtime updates.
- Confirm that your network can reach the provider's sign-in and API services.
- If the requested permissions changed, disconnect the affected account and connect it again.
- Google and Microsoft authorization open in the system browser; ordinary meeting pages open in a dedicated MeetingDesk window.
- Zoom webinars and summaries require an eligible Zoom plan.
Disconnect or remove data
Open the provider in MeetingDesk and choose Disconnect to remove its protected local token and locally synchronized rows. You can separately revoke access from the connected-apps page of your Google, Microsoft or Zoom account. Uninstalling MeetingDesk removes the app; Windows may retain application data until the current user deletes it.
