These terms are an agreement between you and Graure Elena Carmen / GMI Electronice S.R.L. for use of MeetingDesk.
Use of the app
You may use MeetingDesk to organize and access meetings through accounts that you are authorized to use. You are responsible for meeting details you create, links you share, participants you invite and compliance with applicable laws and provider terms.
Third-party services
Google, Microsoft and Zoom are independent services. Their availability, accounts, plans, content and terms are outside our control. Some features require an eligible provider account or plan.
Account access
MeetingDesk uses each provider's authorization screen and does not request your provider password. You may disconnect inside MeetingDesk and revoke access through your provider account at any time.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the app, interfere with services, access accounts without permission, distribute malware or use MeetingDesk to violate privacy, intellectual-property, communications or other applicable laws.
Availability and warranties
MeetingDesk is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or continued compatibility with third-party services.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Graure Elena Carmen / GMI Electronice S.R.L. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or lost-profit damages, or for outages and actions of third-party providers. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes, termination and contact
We may update these terms or discontinue features. You may stop using the app and disconnect provider accounts at any time. Questions may be sent to [email protected].
